Admission Procedure
Ramakrishna Vidhya Bhavan welcomes students into a joyful, value-based, and academically strong learning environment. Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to give parents clarity at every step. We ensure that new students feel comfortable, supported, and excited as they begin their educational journey with us.

Enquiry & Registration
Parents may visit the school office or contact the school to enquire about admission availability. A registration form will be provided for initial student details. -
Interaction / Assessment
KG: Informal interaction to understand the child’s readiness.
Classes I–VIII: Basic assessment in English, Mathematics, and previous class concepts (age-appropriate). -
Document Verification
Parents must submit the required documents at the time of admission confirmation. -
Admission Confirmation
Based on assessment results and seat availability, the admission will be confirmed. -
Fee Payment
Parents must pay the admission and term fees within the specified time to secure the seat. -
Orientation for New Parents
A short orientation will be given to introduce the school system, rules, timetable, and expectations.

Pre-KG: Children must meet the minimum age
requirement as per school norms.

LKG: Children who have completed Pre-KG or
meet the age criteria.

UKG: Children with LKG completion or
equivalent learning readiness.

Parents must submit the following documents at the time of admission:

Parents – 2 each)

Address Proof (Ration Card / Aadhaar / Rental
Agreement)
The fee structure is designed to be affordable and transparent. The complete fee breakup (Tuition Fee, Term Fee, Transport Fee, etc.) will be provided:

Fees must be paid within the scheduled dates to confirm admission and continue enrolment.

Admission is granted strictly on a first-come,
first-served basis and subject to seat
availability.

Admission may be cancelled if false
information is provided.

Fees once paid are non-refundable (as per

transport guidelines, safety norms, and
discipline policies.

uniform and follow conduct expectations.
